Cream Asparagus Soup



A healthy recipe cooking that your family will surely love. This is a very quick and easy to follow recipe. Just give it a try.

¾ cup
water
180 ml
¾ cup
salt
3 ml
1 lb.
Asparagus, cut in ¼ inch
450 grams
1 cup
light  cream
250 ml
1/8 tsp
pepper
0.5 ml
1/4
Dill weed(optional)
1 ml
2 tbsp
butter
30 ml

Instructions
Heat water and salt to boiling. Add asparagus pieces, cover and cook about 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Put asparagus and cooking water in blender, cover and blend until smooth. Blend in cream, pepper, and dill weed. Return to saucepan and heat just to boiling point. Stir in water.
